COTSWORKS is expanding its current R&D program with the recently announced Fiber Optic Research Center of Excellence (FORCE). This research center will be housed in our current facility at 749 Miner Road in Highland Heights. FORCE will focus on product innovations for optical networking in opto-electronic and optical interconnect components. The existing facility will house precision optical alignment, encapsulation, and test equipment designed for the optical semiconductor industry, and will be reorganized to accommodate the advanced manufacturing equipment for a projected date in mid-2019.
