COTSWORKS, INC. is pleased to announce the promotion of Mr. Timothy Nevin to Vice President of Operations, located at the company’s corporate headquarters in Cleveland, Ohio. As the VP of Operations, Tim will oversee key operational areas of the company such as production, logistics, purchasing, supply chain management, enterprise software development, manufacturing engineering, facilities, and FORCE, COTSWORKS’ Fiber Optic Research Center of Excellence. 

Mr. Nevin joined COTSWORKS in July of 2017 from a consulting background where he worked with over 100 small to mid-sized manufacturing companies to grow their organizations in areas ranging from process development, equipment, new product design and implementation, marketing, and strategic business planning. Tim joined COTSWORKS as the Director of Manufacturing Technologies, focusing on production and process improvements, most recently serving as the Director of Strategic Initiatives, working directly with every department of the organization from a business development perspective.

Mr. Nevin holds a dual Master’s degree in Engineering and Management from the Weatherhead School of Management and the Case School of Engineering, a Bachelor of Science and Engineering in Biomedical Engineering, and a Six Sigma Green Belt Certification all from Case Western Reserve University
