Gore fiber cable distributor and integrator, is demonstrating an extensive range of termination options for rugged aerospace fiber optic cables. Four displays showcasing Gore’s simplex and multifiber solutions for commercial and military applications will be on display in Booth F170. Gore’s game-changing Tethered Drone Cables could be terminated by using industry standards such as 29504 and ARINC 801, or MT ferrules and GRIN lens expanded-beam pin and sockets. Of note, a new product from COTSWORKS called SpliceWORKS™ shows Gore fiber optic cable spliced to fiber optic cable types preferred by both Boeing and Airbus. SpliceWORKS™ can be installed in the field with a kit using fiber optic manufacturing and measurement equipment.
